To confirm the booking you have to deposit 50% advance balance at the time of Check In & in season or long weekend full payment to be deposited.

CANCELLATION POLICIES :-

The standard cancellation / amendment policy will not be applicable during festive period or long weekend - like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, 15th Aug. etc. 100% retention applicable. No Show, Last moment cancellation charges will be 100% Cost. If You cancel your Hotel booking within 72 hours of Check in, Cancellation charges will be 100% Cost. If You cancel your Hotel booking on or before 4th day of Check-In to 7th day of Check-In, Cancellation charges will be 1 Night’s Cost. If You cancel your Hotel booking 08 days before Check-in date, Cancellation charges will be 25% of the total Cost. Group (above 5 rooms) Cancellation if before 15 days of Check-In, 25% of the booking amount will be charged, from 15 to 7 days 1 Night’s cost and after 1 week 100% cost will be charged. Request for change in dates or type of accommodation will be treated as fresh booking. In case of No Show, Accommodation will be reserved for 24 hours (If advance received as full for the no. of nights booked, otherwise room will be released after 3:00 pm if no intimation is received the same day)

Our Front Desk Representative Will Help You With The Local Sightseeing Points & Can Arrange For Tourist Taxi. But You Have To Inform 30 Min Before For A TAXI/ CAB (Charges To Be Paid Directly By Guest)

Room Allotment :-

Room Allotment Will Be Done At Resort, Room Charges As Per Applicable Sales Tariff. For Check-In Before Our Standard Check- In Time Room Will Be Allotted Only If Available. All Arrivals Prior To 06.00 Am Are Held From The Previous Evening And Billed For From The Previous Evening. All Arrivals Between 6.00am To 9.00 Am Will Be Charged Half The Tariff On Room Only Basis.

Standard Check- In Check-Out Time Check In Time :- 12.30 PM Check Out Time :- 10.30 AM.

Best Time to Visit:

Mahabaleshwar Is A Hill Station Which Is Suitable For Tourist Throughout The Year. Monsoon Are Very Heavy In This Area (From Mid Of June To Sept) It’s Also Considered As An Off Season. Tourist Should Carry Umbrellas, Rain Coats & Some Woolens If Visiting In This Period. Nowadays A Lot Of Tourist Visit In This Period As To Enjoy The Waterfalls & Natural Charm.
